Die Die Die... this is an example of a VERY BAD DIET - Something that I should not have done. Honestly, I've never quite recover from my strict regime of dieting and training ever since I did part-time work to help my 姨丈 with his bookstore. After that was Christmas, then lull, then New Year, then lull, then Chinese New Year. Been snacking occasionally here and there =( e.g sometimes my old man buys char kuay teow or bbq chicken wings - how to resist??? a bite here, a mouthful there... boleh lah...
HEY! Where's the iron discipline that got me shrinking from a 32 inch waist to a 27 inch now???
Where's the motivation that gets me sleeping by 12am, waking up @ 7 in the morning, rain or shine to go for a gruelling 45 min run???
Great.... I better find back myself. This cannot go on.
